VERSION 1.3 - 3/12/99
* Fixed bug in adding words to the dictionary that could, on rare
  occasions, corrupt the dictionary.
* Fixed bug in dictionary screen that caused duplicate words to
  sometimes appear on a page.
* Fixed bug during networked play where one player could sometimes
  click on an unavailable tile and the tile would actually be 
  selected on remote client machines, causing the games to get
  out of sync with eachother.


VERSION 1.2d - 8/13/98
* Fixed bug introduced in 1.2c that caused crash in Populatica when
  receiving bonus points.


VERSION 1.2c - 8/1/98
* Removed MFC dependencies from resource DLL files, fixing problems
  for users who didn't have the latest version of the MFC libraries.
* Fixed system cursor problem under Windows 98.
* Fixed memory management bugs that caused crashes on some machines.
* Fixed several small memory leaks.
* Fixed bug on high scores screen that could cause problems if reading
  in long player names from the high scores file.
* Modified program to properly save and load high scores and games
  when run from CDROM.
* Added current pattern to saved games, so next pattern is remembered
  when loading (resuming) a game.

* Fixed bug in determining overall winner of a multi-round game.
* Fixed problem with synchronicity of multi-player games when a
  player loses a turn.

* Increased maximum time limit per turn to 2 minutes.
* Set maximum time limit to 2 minutes per turn for 
  computer "thinking" during non-timed games.
